IT Services Firm CRGT Expands Civil Business With Acquisition

CRGT Inc. yesterday said it has acquired Guident Technologies, Inc., expanding its presence in the federal civilian information technology (IT) market and providing it with new capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. CRGT, a portfolio company of the private equity firm Veritas Capital, provides live-cycle IT services and emerging technology solutions to the federal government, including the Defense Department.
