The United States Army is ramping up recruitment of geeks as it builds out a massive US Army Cyber Command, reportedly with up to 5,000 military and civilian personnel. The Rules of Engagement for armed conflict no longer apply when your enemy hasn't read the manual (and has no intention of doing so).
