DHS Seeks Public Input To Modify Regulations

Carrying out an Obama Administration order to review existing regulations that can be modified to reduce the regulatory burden, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) yesterday announced the opening of a 30-day comment period to solicit public input on whether any of its regulations should be modified or even repealed.
