D7 LLC, doing business as Dawson, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a total potential value of $44,324,176 on a 8(a) direct award basis to obtain Market Transition Integrated Office (MTIO) support services. Congressional mandates for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) have directed the MTIO to assume global responsibility for Military Medical Treatment Facility IT management on Oct. 1, 2021. The contractor will provide a variety of program and technical services in support of the DHA, J6, MTIO and other organizations.
