COLSA Corp., Huntsville, Alabama, is awarded a $33,961,328 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide engineering services supporting development, maintenance, interoperability and operations of the data link tactical tool, gateway systems, and mini-rack systems.
