Coast Guard May Reactivate Third Arctic Icebreaker, Though More Funds Needed

By Emelie Rutherford Congress has given the Coast Guard $30.3 million to rehab a dry-docked icebreaker, though service officials say more money would be needed to bring back the cutter for up to a decade's worth of use.
