BAE Systems Inc., the United States subsidiary of Britain’s BAE Systems, said on Wednesday that Tom Arseneault has been appointed the company’s new chief operating officer, succeeding Dave Herr who is retiring. Arseneault will serve as a deputy to Jerry DeMuro, BAE Systems Inc.’s president and CEO, responsible for implementing the company’s operating plan.
