Finmeccanica’s AgustaWestland, and Systematic A/S of Denmark yesterday said they signed a Heads of Agreement (HoA) in Copenhagen to jointly explore business opportunities worldwide. AgustaWestland and Systematic also will work toward the integration of the SitaWare range of systems with AgustaWestland’s rotorcraft platforms and assist Systematic with the development and international marketing of its products and services.
