New Zealand Awards Rheinmetall Contract For 200 Armed Forces Trucks

New Zealand said it recently awarded an approximately $113 million contract to Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles Australia (RMMVA) to supply the country’s armed forces with up to 200 vehicles. The contract, signed by Secretary of Defense Helene Quilter, will see Rheinmetall begin supplying the trucks this year. All of the vehicles are due to be delivered by the end of 2014.
