Moog Acquires Small Supplier of Actuators And Servo Motors

Moog Inc. [MOG.A, MOG.B] this week said it had acquired Animatics Corp. for $25 million, addition additional servo, control and actuator products to the company’s portfolio. “The acquisition of Animatics brings several strong products to our motion technology portfolio, as well as a sophisticated distribution network that reaches hundreds of customers worldwide,” Larry Ball, president of Moog’s Components Group, said in a statement on Tuesday.
