L-3 In Partnership To Pursue Weather Radar Opportunities

Building on an existing partnership, L-3 Communications [LLL] yesterday said it has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Baron Services Inc. to pursue opportunities in weather radar systems in the United States and globally. L-3 said its National Security Solutions business and Baron will pursue more joint business opportunities, including new installations, existing radar equipment upgrades or refurbishments, and weather products for integration into larger systems and weather operations centers.
