General Dynamics To Produce LAVs For Foreign Military Sale

The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command has awarded a $138 million contract to General Dynamics [GD] Land Systems-Canada for 82 Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs) for a Foreign Military Sale (FMS). The vehicles will start being delivered in January 2012. The contract was signed through the Canadian Commercial Corp., a Crown Agency of the Canadian Government.
