TRU Simulation + Training Inc., Lutz, Florida, is awarded a $39,961,777 modification (P00003) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N6134024C0009). This modification exercises options for the procurement of three retrofit unit training devices, and four T-54A operational flight trainers and brief/debrief systems devices, as well as applicable technical documentation in support of the Multi-Engine Training System Ground Based Training Systems for the Navy. Work will be performed in Lutz, Florida (90%); and Corpus Christi, Texas (10%), and expected to be completed January 2027. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $39,961,777 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire and the end of the current fiscal year. The contract being modified was competed on a full and open basis with two offers received. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida is the contracting activity.
