Raytheon Technologies, Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $384,053,342 fixed-price incentive modification (P00008) to contract (N0001925C0071). This modification definitized the contract for a total of $785,252,894 obligated and adds scope to procure 219, for a total of 350, Block V Tactical Tomahawk All Up Rounds and other hardware and related services for Navy, Army, Marine Corps, and two Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (17.7%), East Camden, Arkansas (14.2%), Pontiac, Michigan (13.6%), Huntsville, Alabama (7.4%), Joplin, Missouri (4.9%), Clearwater, Florida (4.5%), Anniston, Alabama (3.4%), Vergennes, Vermont (3.4%), Spanish Fork, Utah (3.3%), El Segundo, California (3.1%), Glenrothes Fife, United Kingdom (2.9%), Middletown, Connecticut (2.6%), Dublin, Georgia (2.5%), Midland, Canada (1.8%), Boulder, Colorado (1.1%), Minneapolis, Minnesota (1%), Carpentersville, Illinois (1%), and various CONUS locations each under 1% (11.6%) and is expected to be completed in January 2029.  Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $49,678; Fiscal 2025 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $47,710,970; Fiscal 2024 missile procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $81,991,440; Fiscal 2025 missile procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $41,957,434; Fiscal 2025 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $82,319,154 and FMS military sales funds in the amount of $499,524,218 will be obligated at the time of award, $144,804,000 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
