China is objecting vociferously to the U.S. Bush administration plan to sell $6.5 billion worth of arms to Taiwan to help the island nation defend itself against attack, according to Xinhua, the Chinese news agency. Qin Gang, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, urged Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois, the Democratic presidential candidate, and Sen.
