Air Force Expects 3DELRR Award Early Next Year

The Air Force on Tuesday said it expects to release the amended solicitation for the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) around July 26 and a contract award first quarter 2017, according to a notice posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO).The Air Force previously expected a contract award in the spring. The service intends to award a contract to Lockheed Martin [LMT], Northrop Grumman [NOC] or Raytheon [RTN], which spent much of last year litigating the program. The service originally awarded…
