Admiralty Partners Acquires Canadian Firm Serving DoD

The private equity firm Admiralty Partners has acquired GMA Cover Corp., a small Canada-based firm that provides concealment products, aerial delivery, flexible fuel and water storage, vehicle soft-top systems and tactical soft shelters mainly to the United States Defense Department. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. GMA, which is headquartered in Ontario, has manufacturing facilities in Michigan and the Dominican Republic. The company has over 300 employees.
