SilverEdge Acquires Counter Threat Solutions

SilverEdge Government Solutions on Monday said it has acquired Counter Threat Solutions, LLC (CTS), adding scale and capabilities in analysis and information technology for defense and intelligence customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
