The Defense Department relieved Vice Adm. Joseph Aucoin, commander of the Seventh Fleet, in the wake of two Arleigh Burke-class destroyers colliding with commercial vessels this summer.The Navy announced in a brief statement that Aucoin was relieved by Adm.
