Private Equity Firm Admiralty Partners Acquires GE Aerospace Unit

The investment firm Admiralty Partners on Jan. 3 said it has acquired the Santa Ana, Calif.-based aerospace business unit of General Electric [GE], which provides systems and components for military and commercial aircraft.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Admiralty Partners has renamed its new portfolio company Integral Aerospace.
