Mr. Fleischer brings expertise in legal support and compliance and will be providing legal support for all of the company’s internal and external business operations, including contract and subcontract negotiation and administration.

Prior to joining Capital Edge, Ryan worked in the higher education industry for over eleven years, primarily overseeing NCAA compliance operations for two NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic programs. His first role was as Assistant Director of Compliance at the College of William and Mary. He later moved on to Robert Morris University, where he managed the compliance department as the Associate Director of Athletics. In both roles, Ryan facilitated and oversaw rules education, monitoring, interpretations, and guidance to thousands of constituents, including student-athletes, coaches, faculty and staff, senior university leadership and university trustees.

In addition to his compliance work at RMU, Ryan also served as Assistant University Counsel for five years, handling legal duties for the Department of Athletics and providing support to the Office of General Counsel on general legal matters facing the university.
