The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) on Wednesday said a potential $1.8 billion Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Canada of long-range M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) precision strike systems and munitions has been approved by the State Department.
