Perspecta [PRSP] has filed a protest after losing out on a potential 10-year, $7.6 billion contract award to provide enterprise cloud computing services to the Pentagon. The company filed its post-award protest on Sept. 9, with a decision from the Government Accountability due by Dec. 18.
