NRO Expects to Release Hyperspectral Satellite RFP By the End of 2022

RESTON, VA — The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is close to finishing a request for proposal (RFP) to acquire commercial hyperspectral satellite data and hopes to release the solicitation by the end of the year, Dr. Jeremy Banik, deputy director of the NRO’s Commercial Systems Program Office, said Thursday morning at the CyberSatGov event in Reston, Va.
