Navy Nuke Head Says New Tech Easing Sub Production Increase

The head of the naval nuclear propulsion program this week argued submarine shipbuilding is improving, in part thanks to new technologies. While the U.S. Navy and submarine industrial base are trying to build the equivalent of an annual 500 percent increase in submarine tonnage from 2004 to now, Adm.
