The Energy Department's Idaho National Laboratory is offering the opportunity to license, further develop, use and commercialize its Idaho Explosives Detection System (IEDS), a non-intrusive, non-contact inspection system that can, in five minutes, detect explosives hidden in a small cargo truck or similar vehicle.
