DHS Initiates New Rapid Technology Application Program

The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate has initiated the second Rapid Technology Application Program (RTAP) Broad Agency Announcement to meet the rapid technology development needs of emergency responders and internal DHS customers. DHS currently seeks white papers for the rapid prototyping of systems for explosives detection, specifically a trace detection portal. Sol. No. BAA08-03. Respond by Dec. 20.
