RQ Construction LLC, Carlsbad, California, is awarded a $48,938,699 firm-fixed-price contract for design-build services at combat service support facilities, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek- Fort Story. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by March 2024.
