Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $34,371,745 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-5434) to exercise options and provide incremental funding for engineering and technical services in support of SeaSparrow missile systems programs. This contract action combines purchases for the U.S. government (99%); and the governments of Japan, and Chile (less than 1%), under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (73%); Portsmouth, Rhode Island (26%); and various other locations each less than (1%), and is expected to complete December 2025. Fiscal 2024 other customer funds in the amount of $ $16,829,427 (49%); fiscal 2023 other procurement Navy funds in the amount of $ $9,775,051 (28%); fiscal 2024 other procurement Navy funds in the amount of $ $4,738,681 (14%); fiscal 2024 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $ $1,737,750 (5%); fiscal 2023 other procurement Navy funds in the amount of $1,100,000 (3%); foreign military sales Japan funds in the amount of $91,971 (less than 1%); fiscal 2020 other customer funds in the amount of $80,000 (less than 1%); fiscal 2023 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $16,434 (less than 1%); and Foreign Military Sales Chile funds in the amount of $2,430 (less than 1%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $16,434 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
