BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., York, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a minimum $15,961,993 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SPRRA2-24-F-0225) against a three-year long-term, indefinite-delivery requirements contract (SPRRA2-24-D-0024) for the Raise the Bar Cybersecurity system. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The delivery order completion date is March 31, 2026. Using customers are Army and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2024 Ukraine payback funding.
