BWX Technologies To Acquire Specialty Materials Business From L3Harris Technologies

BWX Technologies [BWXT] has agreed to acquire a specialty materials and manufacturing business from L3Harris Technologies’ [LHX] Aerojet Rocketdyne segment for $100 million. The Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee, Inc.
