The NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance System (AGS) suffered a blow as Denmark reveals plans to withdraw from the program in a time of fiscal austerity. NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, a former Danish prime minister, said: "I strongly regret this decision.
