USAF Eyes Sustainment Contract for BACN Aircraft

The U.S. Air Force may award an up to five-year contract for domestic and foreign sustainment of the service's E-11A Battlefield Airborne Communication Node (BACN) aircraft. Bombardier Global business jets, once outfitted with the Northrop Grumman [NOC] BACN military communications package, become E-11As in the Air Force inventory.
