SNC Buys A Fourth Global 6500 Jet To Be First Non-Prototype For Army’s HADES Program

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) said Tuesday it has procured a fourth Bombardier Global 6500 business jet, which it will integrate as the first non-prototype aircraft for the Army’s High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) program. SNC said it purchased the latest Global 6500 aircraft at its own expense with an aim to assist the Army in accelerating the aerial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (A-ISR) program, which may move into initial testing late this year.  “The move not only solidifies…
