Raytheon Acquires Another Cyber Security Firm

Raytheon [RTN] recently said it has acquired Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS), a firm specializing in cross domain, operating system and network security solutions, adding to capabilities in cyber security. Raytheon said the purchase is not expected to have a material impact on its sales or earnings in the fourth quarter of 2010 or in 2011. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
