Billionaire Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, pitched former president and current GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump on a Government Efficiency Commission to help reduce DoD contract prices and federal waste, during an Aug. 12 discussion between the two on Musk's X platform. Musk’s comment came up, as Trump discussed what he called federal government overspending, prophesied a possible merger between Lockheed Martin [LMT] and Boeing [BA], and took credit for a price reduction in 2018 on the Boeing VC-25B…
