Billionaire Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, pitched former president and current GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump on a Government Efficiency Commission to help reduce DoD contract prices and federal waste, during an Aug. 12 discussion between the two on Musk's X platform.
