Lockheed Martin Moves Out On Lot 9 GMLRS Production

Lockheed Martin [LMT] said it received a $255 million contract in late 2013 from the Army for Lot 9 production of the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Unitary rocket. The new allotment of rockets will be delivered to the Army, Marines and Italy, the company said March 13. Delivery will begin in April 2015 and the work will be done at the Lockheed Martin facilities in Camden, Ark., and Dallas, Texas. GMLRS is an all-weather rocket designed for fast deployment…
