Adaptas Solutions, LLC on Tuesday said it has completed the acquisition of the Applied Kilovolts and Analytical Instrumentation from L3Harris Technologies [LHX], expanding its mass spectrometer component product offering and building its position in subassemblies and contract manufacturing. Terms of the deal, which was first announced in February, were not disclosed. For L3Harris, the divestiture is consistent with its focus on core business areas.
