Knight Point Systems Receives Nearly $1 Billion Deal To Continue DoD Communications Support

The Department of Defense’s IT services agency has awarded Knight Point Systems a five-year contract extension worth nearly a billion dollars to continue supporting communication infrastructure services.Under the new deal, awarded Feb. 15, the Reston, Va.-based software company will provide hardware and software equipment for Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) network communications support operations.DISA awarded the new task order under its Communications Capacity Services Contract (CSC) II.
