ITT Exelis Completes Acquisition Of Australian Communications Firm

ITT Exelis [XLS] recently said it has completed its $16.8 million acquisition of Australia’s C4i Pty. Ltd from the Longreach Group Limited, boosting its presence in Australia and bolstering its air traffic management portfolio with advanced communications software.
