Eric Schmdit-Backed Foundation Advises New Tech Innovation Budget for DoD

The Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) is advising the Trump administration to create a new tech innovation budget for artificial intelligence (AI), software and automation in the Department of Defense--an effort that would be apart from the annual budget cycle.
