Cubic to Acquire Supply Chain Management Consulting Firm

Adding to its expertise in supply chain and logistics management, Cubic Corp. [CUB] has agreed to acquire the supply chain management consulting firm XIO Strategies, Inc., whose president will take over Cubic's Global Tracking Solutions business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. XIO is a women-owned small business based in Northern Virginia and has seven employees.
