VT Group Acquires C4ISR Support Provider National Technologies Associates

VT Group has acquired National Technologies Associates, Inc. (NTA), a provider of sustainment and test support for military aviation, adding new platforms for the company to participate on. Terms of the deal, which was announced last week, were not disclosed. NTA is based in Patuxent River, Md., and has capabilities in program management, engineering, and logistics services for military aviation, in particular around mission-critical C4ISR systems.
