Sigma Defense Acquires EW Technologies Company EWA

Sigma Defense on Monday said it has acquired EWA Inc., a small developer and provider of electronic warfare (EW) products and services, enhancing its ability to provide combined joint all domain command and control (CJADC2) solutions to its customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. EWA, which is based in Northern Virginia, has about 250 employees. Sigman Defense, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, now has nearly 800 employees.
