Raytheon Wins Contract To Provide Qatar with Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System

The U.S. Air Force awarded Raytheon [RTN] an undefinitized contract action (UCA) for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract not to surpass $75.6 million to design and implement an Air and Missile Defense Operations Center (ADOC) for Qatar, the company said on Monday. The ADOC will be the first operations center of its kind in the region. This award is part of a modernization and recapitalization effort announced by Qatar in March.
