
Northrop Grumman [NOC] said on Monday that it has finished building and testing the company's Protected Tactical SATCOM Rapid Prototype (PTS-P) payload and has delivered it to the company's Gilbert, Ariz., plant for integration with an ESPAStar-HP bus and "next-generation digital processing subsystem."
