The upcoming iteration of the Defense Department’s Replicator initiative that is focused on counter-drone solutions is mainly focused on the defense of the department’s U.S-based assets, an Army official said on Monday. Replicator 2 was announced in late September with an aim to counter threats from small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS).
