Northrop Grumman To Streamline Segments, Names Flach COO

Northrop Grumman [NOC] on Wednesday said it will reorganize its businesses to better meet its customers’ needs and to bolster innovation.The company also said that Gloria Flach, who is currently a corporate vice president and president of the Electronic Systems sector, has been appointed chief operating officer (COO), a position that is currently vacant. Flach joined the company in 1981 and before leading Electronic Systems was corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Shared Services organization.The actions will…
