Northrop Grumman [NOC] on Wednesday said it will reorganize its businesses to better meet its customers’ needs and to bolster innovation.The company also said that Gloria Flach, who is currently a corporate vice president and president of the Electronic Systems sector, has been appointed chief operating officer (COO), a position that is currently vacant.
