MorphoTrak Introduces MorphoIDent Mobile Biometric Device

Safran Group's MorphoTrak has introduced a new palm-sized biometric-enabled identity checking devices called MorphoIDent designed for law enforcement officers in the field. The five-ounce system can fit into a shirt pocket and features an optical fingerprint sensor with real-time automated quality check, and searches against an on-board watchlist or checks against local, state and federal automated fingerprint identification databases.
