KBR [KBR] on Tuesday said it has agreed to acquire LinQuest Corp. in a $737 million cash deal that will add digital integration capabilities and expand its work in the space, air dominance, and connected battlespace areas. The pending deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2024.
